Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide. So yes, no matter where you may be, we will deliver to your doorstep. 

Shipping – Domestic

Anusha Lalwani - Online Store arranges direct delivery within India as well as many international destinations.

FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed within India.
Delivery time is between 3 to 7 working days through a trusted courier service such as BLUEDART/DTDC.

Shipping – International

International deliveries will be made via DHL/World Net India Speed post.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of INR 1,500

The above charges are levied for International Shipping irrespective of the location of the country.

The approximate delivery time is 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch. A tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.

Please note our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, please keep a look out for such correspondence.

We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address and we will bill you accordingly.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

Please note:

International shipping sometimes includes additional duties and taxes that may be levied on your shipment has reached your destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you of the exact amount of such charges at the time of placing your order as they vary widely between states and countries.


All sales are final.

In case the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please contact our customer care at within 3 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged product.
We will provide an exchange/refund upon return and verification of the product.
